The King's College School Boat Club Supporters' Association (KCSBCSA) was set up by parents of KCS rowers to focus support of their activities. Support in the past has included taking a major part in the acquisition of the Putney Boathouse by the school and provision of new equipment as a significant addition to the School's budget. A number of events are run every year either in direct support of rowing events like Henley and the National Schools Championship at Nottingham as well as running hamburger stalls and bars for major Tideway rowing events such as the eights Head of the River, the Fours Head and the Schools' Head.
The KCSBCSA Committee, chaired by Pat Reed-Boswell, who is a School Governor as well as a former parent, includes parent representatives from every rowing year, coaching staff and the Captain of Boats.
See the Guide to Rowing if you have been brought to the towpath for the first time by your son's activities.
